If the ceremony is outdoors, is there a backup plan for rain?

Yes! We work with brides to come up with a rain plan! We have them create a Plan A and Plan B option. Typically, in the case of rain we wait until closer to time to make a call. Lilly Creek does has indoor space available to move the ceremony inside! We always try our best to work with our brides and give them their dream day no matter what!

How many people can your venue hold?

We allow up to 300 guests per fire code!

Can we choose our own vendors?

Mostly yes! Lilly Creek allows you to choose all of your own vendors with one exception of security! Security is required for events and will be contracted through the company of our choosing (Sansone). Other than that, we have many trusted vendors that we love working with, but are willing to meet new ones! All vendors must have proof of insurance and be willing to send it to us for approval. We also can provide a suggested vendor list to help further accommodate our clients!

Is parking available?

Yes! We have a gravel parking lot in front of the venue for guests to use as they please!

Are there any extra outside of the venue costs?

We are up front with our venue costs from the beginning! Our venue has a set cost that differs per package. The only “outside” cost from the rental price that we require is the price of liability insurance and security.

Our venue requires liability insurance, in which prices can differ per event. We can suggest someone to use to obtain this insurance or you can use someone of your choosing, as long as it is sent to us!

Security is required for the safety of the venue and our clients! Security will be contracted through Sansone and the cost is $25/hr per guard before midnight. After midnight, their rates raise to $100/hr. Security arrives an hour before the event begins and leaves after the last guest leaves. The number of guards differs per guest count of the event. This will be billed to you the day after your event and will be due two weeks later.

What are the policies with alcohol?

If you want alcohol at your event, you will be required to use a licensed bartender to serve. You are allowed to buy your own alcohol as long as it is served through a working bartender. Bartenders must be approved by our staff in order to work at our venue.

We have suggestions that we can provide if needed!

What are the payment options?

Lilly Creek provides two payment options for clients to reserve their date!

The first option is putting half of the payment down the day you book and paying the next half down anytime before 30 days prior to your reserved date.

The second option is our payment plan. We do allow clients to make payments in increments if needed! The total cost will be split evenly by month from the day you book to the month before your reserved date. The only requirement is that your full payment is complete 30 days out from your event.

Does Lilly Creek host events besides weddings?

Yes! Lilly Creek hosts a wide variety of events! Whatever you choose to celebrate we’re excited to help serve in making your day one to remember!

Does Lilly Creek hold wedding dates?

We try our best to work with brides on this! After your tour with us, we will ask which date you want us to “hold”. If that date is still available, we will attach you to it as a lead. We give people about a month where we call once a week and ask for an update on if they have decided to book with us or not. We typically go off of their response and communication with us for our next steps!

However, dates are not reserved without payment. So, it is not necessarily being “held”. If another client comes along and pays for that date, it is now reserved for them. In that case, we will notify you of it and see how you would like to proceed!

How can I see if a date is available or already reserved?

We offer a live calendar here on our website! The calendar tab leads you to our calendar that updates as we book events in real time! This allows you the ability to check on your own time to see if your date is taken!
